Return Policy

Satisfaction is guaranteed!

We accept returns on any unopened packages.

Customer is responsible for shipping back to Superior Coffee Services. Customer must call for return authorization before any returns.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Refunds will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, if returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise. If returned after this time, items will automatically be returned to sender at sender's expense and no refund will be issued.
